IPOs of Paicho Shop to be launched with NIC Capital:
NIC Asia Capital and Paicho Shop have entered into a two-party agreement for the acquisition of shares to be issued to the public of Paicho Shop in the future and the appointment of a sales manager. NIC Asia Capital, under the 'Idea to IPO' service, has been providing all the necessary consultancy services to the companies of any sector from the inception of the company to the stage of issuing the IPO.
Under the same service, an agreement has been concluded to convert Paicho Shop Prali, which has a registrar's office in Sukhkhangar Butwal, into a public company and appoint an eviction and sales manager to evict the primary shares from the general public in accordance with the prevailing law as provided in the company's management letter in the future.
