As Nepal gears up for its most significant festive seasons, Dashain and Tihar, consumer spending on durable goods traditionally sees a substantial surge. Capitalizing on this trend, Samsung Nepal, a prominent player in the consumer electronics market, has officially launched its highly anticipated "Smart Upgrade Ghar Ma, Lucky Surprise Chad Ma" campaign. This strategic initiative is designed to entice consumers with a plethora of offers, making premium home appliances and entertainment systems more accessible during the celebratory period.

The campaign, which is slated to run from September 20 to November 16, 2026, focuses on a wide array of Samsung's popular products, including televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners. The extended duration of the offer aims to provide ample opportunity for consumers across the nation to take advantage of the attractive deals.

At the heart of the "Smart Upgrade, Lucky Surprise" campaign are several compelling incentives. Customers purchasing eligible Samsung products will be able to benefit from substantial cashback offers. Specifically, televisions come with up to 26% cashback, refrigerators with up to 21% cashback, and washing machines with up to 18% cashback. These direct financial benefits are strategically designed to lower the entry barrier for high-quality Samsung products, encouraging consumers to upgrade their homes with advanced technology.

Beyond cashback, the campaign introduces an exciting 'Lucky Draw' component, adding an element of thrill to the purchase experience. Customers who register their newly purchased products become eligible for daily and weekly draws. The stakes are high, with daily draws selecting 31 winners. Purchasers of Samsung TVs stand a chance to win a 9kg Front Load Washing Machine, while those investing in a Washing Machine, Refrigerator, or AC could walk away with a premium 55-inch UHD TV. Furthermore, eight lucky winners each week will receive a 1-ton AC, enhancing the appeal of the campaign. Winners of the lucky draw will be announced every Wednesday during the 'Music of Your Choice' program on Image Channel, creating anticipation throughout the festive period. To participate, customers simply need to SMS "Samsung [14-digit Serial Number]" to 37273, using the serial number found on the product's sticker.

Adding further value, Samsung is offering attractive exchange bonuses. Consumers can receive up to NPR 5,000 on refrigerators and up to NPR 3,000 on washing machines when exchanging their old appliances. This not only makes upgrading more affordable but also promotes responsible disposal of electronics. The exchange facility is available through ArkoStore and authorized Samsung Retail Stores across Nepal. Moreover, selected TV models come with complimentary Soundbars and a 12-month NETTV Package, while certain washing machine purchases include a free 6kg Surf Excel Matic Detergent, adding practical value to the festive purchases.

Understanding the financial considerations during peak spending seasons, Samsung Nepal has also partnered with Hulas Finserve Hire Purchase to offer flexible EMI plans through Samsung Insta Finance. Customers can opt for convenient 12 or 24-month installment schemes, making high-value purchases more manageable without immediate financial strain. This financing option is crucial for expanding market reach and enabling a broader segment of the population to access Samsung's innovative products.

This comprehensive campaign by Samsung Nepal is expected to significantly boost sales during the crucial Dashain-Tihar period, reinforcing the brand's market leadership and customer loyalty. By combining direct financial incentives, exciting lucky draws, exchange benefits, and flexible financing, Samsung aims to deliver unparalleled value to its Nepali consumers, driving both sales volume and market engagement in the competitive electronics sector.
