The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has suspended Beni Securities Pvt. Ltd. from securities trading for three working days after it failed to complete clearing and settlement activities within the prescribed timeframe. According to NEPSE, the suspension recommendation was received from CDS and Clearing Limited (CDSC) through its official letter, citing the broker’s failure to complete the required clearing and settlement process within the specified period. Based on the recommendation, NEPSE suspended Beni Securities for three working days in accordance with Regulation 22(1)(chha) of the Securities Trading Operation Regulation, 2075. The suspension will remain in effect for three working days as decided by NEPSE.
