10,75,000 unit bonus shares of Sanima GIC Insurance Limited (SGIC) have been listed in NEPSE. The company convened its 8th AGM on 6th Jestha, 2083, and endorsed a 5.2632% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The board of directors meeting held on Falgun 29 had decided to distribute a 0.2632% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 56.57 lakhs and 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 10.75 crore. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. SGIC closed at Rs. 449.40
