12,09,862.50 unit bonus shares of Synergy Power Development Ltd. (SPDL) have been listed in NEPSE. The company convened its 19th AGM on 19th Magh, 2082, and endorsed a 10.5263% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The board of directors meeting held on Chaitra 12 had decided to distribute a 10% bonus shares worth a little over Rs. 12.09 crore and a 0.5263% cash dividend amounting to Rs. 63.67 lakhs. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. SPDL closed at Rs. 356.00.
