Lock-in Period of 1,11,000 Units of Shikhar Power Development Limited Shares Held by Mutual Funds to Expire on 2nd Ashwin

Shikhar Power Development Limited (SIPD) has informed that the lock-in period of 1,11,000 ordinary shares allocated to mutual funds will end on 2nd Ashwin, 2083. The company has an issued capital of Rs. 98 crores. Out of the total 22,20,000 units, 2,81,250 (i.e., 5% of 22,20,000 ) were set aside for mutual funds, subject to a mandatory six-month lock-in period. Upon completion of the lock-in period, these shares will be free to trade from the specified date. This notice is intended to inform all investors and other concerned stakeholders. Notice:
