NIC Asia Capital Declares 50% Cash Dividend for Financial Year 2082/83; Calls AGM On Bhadra 26

NIC Asia Capital Limited has declared the dividend for the fiscal year 2082/83. The 174th Board of Directors (BOD) meeting held on Shrawan 26 proposed distributing a cash dividend of 50 percent (including tax) of the current paid-up capital. The meeting of the Board of Directors has also called the eighth Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Bhadra 26 to pass the resolution for the dividend distribution. The AGM of NIC Asia Capital will be convened at the registered office located in Thapathali at 9 am. During the meeting, the annual report of the Board of Directors for the financial year 2082/83 and the auditor's report, along with the balance sheet up to Ashad 2083, will be presented.
