NMB50 Proposes 3.15%, NMBHF2 4.5% and NSIF2 10% Cash Dividend; When is the Book Closure?

"NMB 50", "NMB Hybrid Fund L-II (NMBHF2)" and "NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II" have announced dividends for the fiscal year 2082/83. In a meeting of the board of directors of NMB Capital Limited decided to distribute a 3.15% cash dividend (including tax) for NMB 50 (NMB50), a 4.5% cash dividend (including tax) for NMB Hybrid Fund L-II ( NMBHF2 ), and a 10% cash dividend (including tax) for NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II (NSIF2) for the fiscal year 2081/82. NMB 50 (NMB50), NMB Hybrid Fund L-II (NMBHF2) and NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II (NSIF2) are all closed-ended mutual funds with a 10-year maturity period, managed by NMB Capital Limited. As of the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of NMB50 is reported at Rs. 10.45, with a closing price of Rs. 10.37. NMBHF2's NAV stands at Rs. 10.48, with a closing price of Rs. 9.65. NSIF2's NAV stands at Rs. 11.66, with a closing price of Rs. 10.67. The book closure date for dividend eligibility is 8th Bhadra, meaning unit holders on record till 7th Bhadra are entitled to receive the dividend.
